Sometimes you don't appreciate things until they are gone. I have had two Toyota's for the last 4+ years and always taken the car here for service and inspection. Have never had a problem, yet never felt this place was exceptional. That is until we moved to the Portsmouth area and took ours cars there for service. Let me tell you, the Portland dealership/service center is wonderful. They are friendly. They go above and beyond (car wash/vacume) honor complementary service as part of a purchase/lease, its clean, I could go on. They are everything the Portsmouth dealership is not, and after two visits there we will now be driving to Portland for continued services.
I went to Berlin City Toyota and was looking at a used vehicle. I test drove it, The salesman was great. We went in and agreed to a price and I told him I would put $1000 down and they would have the rest within a few days. The salesman went to his boss and the boss said "no" . The boss said i had to get the money and if the truck was still available, I could buy it. I told them to forget it. I will NEVER do business there ever.

Have a service appointment and they did my inspection. Everything went really smoothly, they said about and hour and a half total for everything and it was done in just over an hour. The service guy walked me back out to my car, went over everything with me thoroughly and was very friendly and helpful. Gave me advice on what to look for for tires when I 'm ready to purchase some winter tires. It was a great overall experience and I will definitely keep having my vehicle serviced there.
