Awful experience. Unprofessional people. Told me I was good to drive in the rack even when I told them it didn't feel right. Now my rims are all messed up and scratched. Never going back there and canceling my membership
I've been here multiple times but during my most recent visit I was harassed by an employee. As I was vacuuming my car he took the items that I removed from my trunk and proceeded to toss them in my passenger seat telling me he's required to do so since he had to take out the trash (which he didn't even do). Then I asked to see his manager and he told me multiple things like "the manager is busy" and "my manager just left and he lives in auburn" and then he continued to tell me he was the manager in charge and any complaints had to go through him.

Great experience at ScrubaDub Portland. The staff was polite and helpful, and my car came out well! The undercarriage wash in the winter has saved my car.
Wish my car got dirty faster. I love this place, the Babylon Restaurant, across the street from ScrubaDub. Food was delicious (salad, iskander, and arabic coffee), service very friendly, ambiance was also good (if you don't mind eating with poor folks)
I pay 30 a month it doesn’t spray the blue wax anymore and always out of towels. What a joke. Screw this place
