Having been treated poorly at another local estate jeweler, I was nervous to bring in my dearly loved heirloom rings to be evaluated and sold. Attos treated me with gentleness, and respect. They took the time to sit down, not rush and present fair offers and suggestions that allowed me to not feel pressured. The entire experience was so wonderful. I can't recommend them enough. Also,... their estate jewelry is to die for!
The customer service I have received has been unparalleled. Courtney in particular has been patient and informative - I am so impressed with her tact and integrity; she is truly concerned with making sure I select the right piece for me and my lifestyle. I fell in love with a piece that might not be practical for everyday wear, and instead of pushing for the sale her focus was on whether or not the piece would suit my needs. As an international customer, this is so considerate of my needs! Return shipping would end up being costly for me. (In fact, Courtney and Nicole looked into various shipping options for me and it was really nice of them to investigate what might be best.)
I called Attos because I had received a ring from an online order that was bent and I did not have the tools to repair it. The owner was incredibly helpful and offered the reshape the ring for free! He did a beautiful job and even polished it up for me. It was a great experience and would definitely visit to shop in the future!

I went to Attos Antique and Estate Jewelry to hopefully sell an old family heirloom tennis bracelet and had no idea what to expect let alone that I would be able to sell the beautiful bracelet for what I thought would be a reasonable and fair price. I was truly delighted with the professionalism, honesty and complete fairness of the wonderful owner of this elegant store. And the offering price was right in line with what I was hoping to get. I was most concerned that if I felt I wasn’t offered a fair price that I would have to resort to an online auction, which to be honest makes me weary about dealing with people in the cloak of anonymity. I was thrilled that this could happen locally and my wonderful bracelet would find a good home in my community. Outstanding.
I brought some pieces in to Attos' shop yesterday, thinking I would just get a price from him, then go to some other places and see if I could do better. He offered me a fair price on all my items, and he was so earnest and forthcoming about the way he derives his pricing that I decided to accept his offer on the spot. I am also motivated to go through my jewelry box and see if I have any other items he might be interested in purchasing. His showroom has beautiful items, and his staff is friendly and professional. I will go back to Attos time and time again.
