Walked over a mile with laundry that had to be done that day... Arrived at 6:33 and was told we couldn't do our laundry because the last wash was at 6:30... Very displeased and will never consider doing business there again!

I've been a loyal customer of the Laundry Depot for over a year. They've always taken excellent care of my clothes with their wash dry and fold service. As a small business owner, I've greatly appreciated the service they've provided. About 2 weeks ago they shrunk nearly $500 worth of clothes. The clothes are so shrunk that I cannot wear them any longer. I tried reaching out to the owner several times over the last 2 weeks and she continues to ignore my calls and messages. I strongly advise all to avoid this business.
