It was fun for my nieces and nephews it may be a 40 minute ride with some one explaining the history of narrow gauge railways and the historical Maine sites we passed. The kids LOVED it! The museum is learning that's interesting for adults and children. A great value for $10
Such a fun experience! Our two year old loved the museum, and the train ride was a huge plus. Our family had a wonderful time, and the volunteers were friendly and very knowledgeable!
I LOVE this museum. Its small but packed with awesome information and amazing historic trains. I didn't get to ride on the train but will definitely go back for that another day. The tracks run alongside the walking trail and have excellent views! The only recommendation I will make is handicap access is difficult. Wheelchair can't easily get to it.
This is the entire package! Take a train ride and let your brain ride through railroad history. Kids and adults love it. It's the real , or rail, deal.
Great fun to ride on this train ride. Worth $10 for sure. The museum is also cute with old train cars you can actually go inside in.
