Scheduled an appointment with this company to evaluate an ice dam on my roof. Received an email reminder 1 hour prior to the appointment. The appointment time came and went. No one showed up and no one called.
When I called the next week, there was no explanation. They actually tried to re-schedule me!
Glenn came out and did an assessment of my roof. He took the time to carefully look, inside and out, explained everything, & made practical recommendations for my situation. He didn't just try to sell me something.
Can't say enough about what a great job these guys did. They delivered on everything they promised. The roof looks great! Thank-you so much!
