I rented a 10' x 10' unit from June, 2015 to December, 2015. Everything about the experience was nothing less than sensational. Sean and his representatives were always cordial and respectful and efficient in every interaction, whether in person or email or on the phone. The facility is well lit, easily accessible, clean, and safe in every aspect. There were always plenty of working carts of various sizes available at any of the entry doors. My password worked every single time, from day one. No glitches, ever, but I know that if I had one, Sean would fix whatever as quickly and seamlessly as possible.
