Bought dog and cat dishes here several years ago. Very friendly and have ordered gifts for friends. All were delivered on time and were big hits. Many unusual items here.
I placed an order through their website which had not been shipped two weeks later. After emailing I received a response that part of the order was received but not yet shipped and the other part of the order was missing. They apologized and said they would get it out ASAP. One week later I have still not received a shipping confirmation and voicemails and emails have gone unanswered (calling both the store and customer service number puts you through to the same voicemail where messages are not returned). Since many of their products are available through other pet websites, I would recommend purchasing elsewhere due to unreliable shipping and customer service.

My colleague ordered a plate via Agatha and Louise on June 9th and we have yet to receive it and there is no way to track the order from our confirmation. He even left a voicemail and has not heard back about it. This was supposed to be a retirement gift for one of our teammates who loves Cocker Spaniels (he would bring his dog to the office every other day!) and we were looking forward to presenting it to him at his retirement party. Very disappointed!
