Today was the first time I used this facility. It's fairly accessible by car and my experience was largely uneventful. The queuing area could be bigger but that's a pretty minor issue since the long line didn't seem to impair things too much.
Great Station. EZ highway on/off access. Lack of parking weekdays. Visitor/idle parking available, but limited.
Daryll was my driver from BOSTON to Portland. Great job! Clean and well maintained bus.
Generally good transportation center, but the customer service wasn't great from the train ticket agent. The ticket agent for trains also have inconvenient hours if you need to actually talk to a human. My experiences on the actual bus or train have been great - but with the center itself less great.
The NYC direct bus trip is amazing. Very comfortable ride, and it drops you off right in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. You are really only about 10 or so city blocks from Time Square. Will be back again.
