I’m not a fan of martinis, I’ve tried them a few times and it just wasn’t my thing. My friend told me how amazing this place and she comes here all the time so she dragged me down to give it a try. Well apparently chocolate+martini=mind blown. I got the German chocolate cake martini and she got the peanut butter martini. Mine came with a rim of coconut which was a delicious touch. And they actually tasted like what they were supposed to taste like.
We also had the chocolate cake with raspberry sauce and whipped cream. The cake was good, not the best I’ve ever had. But the raspberry sauce was really good, I wish there was more of that to put on the cake because that really made it.
Cute French vibe, prefect spot to end your night. Open late, tonight they were open till midnight. Drinks and dessert. We got pistachio bourbon white chocolate cake and flourless dark chocolate hazelnut torte gluten free. No complaints here!
One of the only places to grab dessert late night in the Old Port that isn't gelato. Chocolate tortes were excellent! Only downside is because if the location this spot is often crowded (plan on waiting especially on weekends) and definitely has more of a bar vibe (you can feel the bass pumping from Pearl and other surrounding clubs at night). Not a quiet or intimate atmosphere but that may be a plus depending on what you're looking for.
ALWAYS a crowd-pleaser. Get the Chocolate Peanut butter Martini, the infuse their own peanut butter vodka, YUM! ***NOTE*** this is not a quick place to get a dessert bite, it takes a little bit to get your food/drinks, but the atmosphere is more than pleasurable for a relaxing after dinner affair.
I’ll go here again for a martini, because chocolate just makes it all better!
Very lounge-y. Definitely a place to kick back and relax. Try the Chocolate Salted Caramel. Excellent. The staff is friendly. B-e-a-u-tiful scenery. Enjoy yourself.
