Michaela and Joe have made me feel so comfortable ever since the first time I walked in. That atmosphere is relaxing, and Michaela knows exactly when to ask a distracting question during a wax. The lively conversation makes the time go by so quickly. I got a targeted massage from Joe and it was everything I needed, working all of my sore muscles to get the knots out. I will forever send everyone I know here.

I had a deep tissue massage with Michaela several times and I loved my every visit. This is not a typical big spa. It is a small privately owned place run by Joseph and Michaela. I get really tense in my neck and shoulders and had massage in many places and I attest that Michaela does an excellent job at deep tissue massage. She is very skilled: can quickly find tense areas and works to relax the muscles deeply but smoothly without jolting the muscle. If you know what you need and communicate it with her, you are guaranteed to leave satisfied. She listens carefully to what you want and need and works to accommodate your needs.The place is professional and they do not rush you through the experience but occasionally it is possible that you may have to wait for them to finish with a previous client. I try to see her every time I am in Portland and definitely coming back if I can. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing.
