I had been here once before and got a great eyebrow wax. Today, I have no idea what happened. She even told me I had great brows and then completely butchered them and didn't even trim/wax the spots that obviously needed trimming without me requesting. And she didn't complete the job with the coolant so my face wasn't on fire. I will never go to this salon again. Watch out for a woman with Sally Jessy Raphael glasses going to give you a wax.
Ferricchia is an amazing salon! I was treated like VIP my entire visit. The salon was clean and the staff is the best! My nails, hair & brows look excellent! They were able to save my hair from a disasterous hack job from the day before. I have found my new salon. Thank you to everyone there who provided me with top notch service! I WILL be back!!
