Needed a new dishwasher. Very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable associate in appliance department. 180 difference from the No Windham store. Well worth the extra time for us to travel there than to a store that is closer.
The staff was very helpful and very courteous to us. Went out of their way to work with us. I give them a five star rating. Well done.

Nightmare trying to get assistance! I walked up and down several isles yelling does anyone work here, finally found an employee and then he was unable to get me any assistance in the dept I needed help in.

Had generator installed first they installed it too close to the house and oil tank was told oil company they could not hook anything up until it was moved. Lowes came out the guy measured the distance with his feet not a tape measure and admitted by law that it still needed to be moved this was a month ago. Lowes wanted to charge to move it. Have since lost power and had no back up. Been to Lowes who said it will be fixed at no charge YET we are still getting the run around. Clueless doesn't even describe how they are.
