Steve and the crew at PBS have a vast knowledge of the latest building techniques for energy efficiency. I've been in many times over the past 5 years and they always answer any questions I have and up the ante with new approaches I should consider. Amazing store with great products. Highly recommended for builders and home owners alike.

I had ordered some things in the past from them and the response was slow. Part of my order was screwed up but they eventually corrected it. Recently, I needed to order one roll of tape and was told it would be around $36 plus $5-6 shipping. They then called me to tell me that the tape was going to cost $70 and that they shipped it overnight for $25. This was AFTER they shipped it. Two weeks after they forgot about me in the first place! I would find another outlet and will not be using them again.
The folks as PBS are so knowledgeable and friendly. They truly want to see people in the community have more sustainable homes that they are really happy with. I very much recommend anyone interested in sustainable home building to stop in and talk with them.
