This Planned Parenthood is an embarrassment to Planned Parenthoods across the country. I usually love these facilities but I arrived early to do my paperwork and 6 people arrived after me (one person admitted to being 10 minutes late for their appointment) and they were all seen before me. Spent an hour in the waiting room. Didn't even get seen until almost half hour AFTER my appointment time. The Dr gave me 3 months of birth control and then the front desk took it away and said I could not pick it up for 12 more days and that I was only allowed to get one per month when I have always gotten multiple. So an hour and a half drive, an hour waiting, half hour in the treatment room, and an hour and a half drive back home with nothing to show for. Thanks guys! Will never return. Do yourself a favor and just go to the Topsham location instead.
The office was bright and comfortable and the staff was very nice.
Poor services.... Sat there for 6 hr's for them to turn around an tell me they won't even be doing start my abortion for another 45 mins.... I had made an appointment that I had to wait 2 wks...then people that walked in after me went before me.. I was the last one they were going to work on till I got upset ..... An told them exactly what I am saying now.., office was uncomfortable it was to many people in the office for it s size .... Do not go to this ... There s a couple other clinic s that is much better than the plan parent hood

The office space was very comfortable and soothing and The nurse practitioner I saw, I believe her name was Brynn, had the best bedside manner in any doctor I have seen. Everyone was extremely kind, informative, and organized- what you want in a doctors office or health care facility.
