I had a very good experience when I used ABC. The dispatcher was very polite and the driver was on time and very pleasant. I was also given a 20% discount card. I have recommended it to my friends and have also liked it on Facebook. ABC Taxis is the only company I will take. Thank you ABC !!
Got a call to continue waiting when the cab was late. It never showed. Timeliness is kinda important when you're going to the airport.
Drivers are very friendly, service is prompt and professional, dispatchers are very professional and patient. Would definitely recommend this company. Their phone app is super easy to use and I love their 20% discount to all riders.
Terrible service. The other day I waited 45 minutes for a cab. Called back twice. There was a mix up so the dispatcher had to send another cab. Today I called for cab and the driver refused to take me because of my dog. This company advertises as "pet friendly"; but refused me service. I waited another 20 minutes for another cab. I was not offered any consideration for the inconvenience either time. Other reviewers have noted there is a 20% discount program. This has not been offered to me. I was a regular rider, but I will not call them again. I will use Uber from this point on. I give ABC Taxi ZERO STARS.
Great company to use... If you want a cab to never show up. This has happened to me twice with these guys. ASAP and Abbey are the better options.
