Hands down the best pasta and home made rosemary bread I have ever had. We had no reservations and they were booked until 830pm so we sat at the bar. The bartender was great, food came quickly and they gave me a birthday desert! Definitely would go again if I'm ever in Maine again.
Nice house made pasta dishes. The vegetable appetizers were also excellent. Not an extensive wine list but quite a nice list of italian wines. Service was good but not out of this world.
And p.s. The so called Manager is a dick. Don't waste your money here.

This was our second time here. Did not disappoint! Great food, good service. Nice atmosphere. The homemade mozzarella cheese is to die for. We'll be back next time through Portland.

So bad that if i could give it no stars i would. We've been a few times and they were great experiences. Not this time, it was suppose to be my early birthday brunch filled with smiles and good times instead we were just sitting around waiting for bad food. The pork hash usually is amazing with pork, SWEET POTATOES and red potatoes. With 2 poached eggs on top, not 2 hard boiled eggs. Had them retry to make the eggs right because thats what makes the 14 dollar breakfast worth it (we got 4 pork hash breakfasts and they messed them all up), a good egg to leak all over your hash to make it just right. But they still couldn't handle it. Places I've worked before you probably shouldn't be a chef at a fancy restaurant or any restaurant if you can't cook all types of eggs to perfection. Shrugs shoulders and sighs. I hate to be the bearer or bad news but if your going to run a restaurant with such expensive prices, learn to effing cook.
