First class facility. I have been going here for several years as a glaucoma suspect patient and for annual eye exams. Last winter I decided to have laser corrective surgery. Dr. Sise and his staff recommended PRK over Lasik due to an underlying condition in my eyes that may not affect me for many years. They gave very detailed information about what to expect during and after surgery and what the recovery process would be like. They took excellent care of me through the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Sise, Jana, Barbara and the rest of the EMG staff made what could have been a nerve wracking experience a smooth and successful one. They answered all of my questions and were thorough in explaining my options and the potential outcomes. Dr. Sise understood my vision needs and worked with me to achieve an outcome I am happy with.
I have always wanted to have LASIK eye surgery, but it wasn't until I got over a bad eye infection that I decided it had to be done sooner rather than later. My eye infection was caused by my own negligence - sleeping with my contacts in - don't do that! I called Eyecare Medical Group and asked a bunch of questions and decided to book a consultation to see if I was a candidate for the surgery. The consult was free. At that appointment (around the beginning of June) I had a series of tests done and the lady assisting me consulted with the doctor and came back in the room to let me know I was a great candidate - music to my ears! Upon leaving that visit I set-up the surgery, with Dr. Jordan Sterrer, for 7/7/17 and pre-op appt. for 6/23/17. As you can see the whole process did not take long at all. No waiting months to get an appointment like many specialty offices. The surgery was done in the office and took no longer than a half hour! As they tell you there is some minor irritation after the surgery (feels like grit in your eyes - doesn't hurt just uncomfortable), but I went home and slept for two hours and then went to work! I haven't looked back and like many other people say...I wish I had done this sooner! Total price was $3,990.00 which includes everything - pre & post office visits as well as follow-up appointments. It is an elective surgery and insurance doesn't pay for it, so be prepared to pay out-of-pocket or you can use Care Credit. I highly recommend Dr. Sterrer, Crystal (the LASIK surgical scheduler) and all the staff that I had direct contact with for my patient care at Eyecare Medical Group!
I am so happy, I was very nervous during surgery, he was very good, speaking to me along the way. Dr Sterrer truly has made a huge difference in my life.
