Bought a Smart TV during their 40th anniversary sale (3 years ago). We were promised that by buying the more expensive TV we would get 10 - 12 years at least out of it! We paid Way Too Much for this TV compared to other stores, but wanted to do business locally, and believed that it would last for 10 - 12 years as we were told. WRONG! 3 years and they "claim" the Motherboard needs replacing for approximately $300. I say "claim" because we took the TV we had before we bought this one to them and once again, "it needs a motherboard". When we took the TV we bought from them back to them recently, (with all of our paperwork), and reminded them that they told us we would get 10 - 12 years out of it, he shrugged his shoulders and said "it happens". So, we took our TV (so they couldn't refurbish it and make more money off of us by re-selling it) and we were out $75 (for diagnostics), but bought a bigger TV at another store for less than half the price. Even if we only get 2 or 3 years out of it, we are better off. I would NOT recommend doing business there! We dealt with the "adult" son, but the father was there and had NO personality and didn't even say hello when we walked through the door. Oh, and also the son promised to email us an address to complain about the life of the TV through the State of Maine and said 90% of the time they will reimburse you for the TV or give you a new TV. He never did email me, and I'm not sure such a program exists. ?

I went to the store not really sure what I wanted for a brand of TV or what size screen I should get for my house. The sales associate there was very helpful with helping me pick out not only my TV but the size of the TV. He asked me an array of questions to help him make a suggestion....he nailed it. I installed the TV in my family room and it is PERFECT in size and the picture is stunning! Thank you Dave Munster for the great service that you could only get at a family owned business. I will be sending ALL my friends and family to your shop.
The internet says 10am to 4 pm sunday opened but there voice mail says opened 10 am to 2 pm sunday and that's not a good way to advertise your hours lol bad for business
