Good location. Staff are all new and don't seem to have the tools to overcome any hurdles the system may put in place. Also inventory seems to be kept slim here, but is abundant at the mall location right down the road.
I refused the protection plan multiple times when I bought my phone. When I got my bill I was charged an extra 15 dollars for the protection plan. Shady way to get your commission.
Honestly if you won't go to them, then you are missing out! They have AMAZING and friendly customer service. Great people and great plans and prices. I honestly thought less of them until I went there and had first person experience. Keep up the great work guys!!!
This is a very spacious location with plenty of parking. One mid-week evening I was the only customer, which allowed me to inquire of an issue in an unhurried way. A nice alternative to the Maine Mall location.
