Free parking and a nice trail!

Great place to walk and bike. The path goes all around the cove and links in to go around to the port in Portland. The trail is rock mostly and is around 3 1/2 miles all around the cove. At low tide nearly the whole cove is just mud, but it fills up at high tide several feet.
