Best garage in the area. Perfect parking for the #Westin Hotel and #State Street Theater.
Worst place to park. Badly managered, falling apart, when it rains rust drips down the cracks and holes damaging cars paint jobs. Half the lights are out making it dark and unsafe at night. It says open by having contracts with MaineHealth which apparently has no respect for their employees or the neighborhood. The Chicago based company that owns it claims to be “environmentally responsible “ but the a couple of their employees stand in the structure smoking while own duty.
Much better price than the Westin valet. Always spaces available since it's very big.
Looking at the reviews it seems like people either love it or hate it.... I’m a bit in the middle. The $145 monthly pass is definitely the way to go as it averages to about $4.60 compared to the crazy high hourly rate. There is a strong presence of staff and I’ve never had an issue with the gates. The parking spaces are a bit small though.
Absolutely the WORST. $30 to park for less than 5 hours, the gate broke - meanwhile all of us are getting charged for longer sitting in line. DONT PARK HERE. All the negative reviews are true!
