Cheap parking close to downtown
Somewhat janky and run down looking but apparently one of the cheaper ramps. Why is parking in Portland so expensive? Their prices are much more similar to a city the size of Chicago. Seems crazy.

Small, inexpensive garage. $1.75/hr beats the $4 parking in the OP. The garage attendants there are top. Super cool people.
