Well situated in downtown.
The closing time and penalty fee etc are not clearly indicated when you enter. (Seems clear enough when the garage is CLOSED... but I swear they just put up the signs after midnight). I also wonder if the guy just pockets the fee. Watch out for these extortionists.
Relatively decent parking garage with so-so rates. Definitely beats the prices at the Unified parking-owned lots.

Careful, this garage runs a nifty little scam where they charge the outrageous fee of $25 dollars just so some guy can open a gate to let you out. No legitimate justification for this fee exists, there is no cost to them since the guy is there anyway counting money in his office like Scrooge McDuck. (We showed up 5 minutes past midnight and had to pay, but first we got to watch the guy in the office intentionally ignore us for 15 minutes).
Park here and Nickelodeon will validate your life.
