A wonderful company that have wash bay dump facilities and if necessary freshwater available to charge up your tank
A large group of us traveled from Maine to Quebec. The driver and the asst bus driver talked loudly the entire time. It was very annoying and we actually called the company from the bus, the boss called them, asked them to stop, but they did not. We sat in the front of the bus because I get motion sickness, but we couldn't stand it anymore so we moved to the back of the bus. Other than that we found the bus to be nice and clean, and it was a smooth ride. U think they should have kept their personal conversations to the return ride to Maine with an empty bus.
I took a trip with Mainely Ski and Ride to Sugarloaf yesterday and Charles from VIP was our driver. It had snowed all night and snowed the entire day and the drive was very difficult, but Charles drove us to Sugarloaf and back to Portland safely and comfortably. This allowed me to fully enjoy my day on the slopes and sleep on the drive back. Thank you Charles for making this outing so enjoyable!
Bad experience. Driver got lost and showed up late to the wedding. Prior to writing this review, I wanted to work things out with VIP and get a partial refund for poor service, but VIP refused to take any responsibility. Instead, they blamed the GPS. I even took responsibility for other little mishaps along the way, and confusion on the contract, but still VIP held strong and would not take any responsibility. At the end of our last conversation on the phone, VIP actually referred me to fine print in the contract where they say they cannot guarantee that they show up or deliver passengers on time! Guess I missed that one when I signed. On the plus side, we got to and from the wedding safely. I guess it's always a risk when you have to prepay for a service.
