Everyone who works here is very nice and professional. The building is clean, the staff is super friendly, and it is very affordable compared to other vets in the area. The technicians and vet listened to what I had to say and handled my dog very kindly and carefully. I would recommend this vet to any pet owner in the West End. It's great to just walk there and a lot less stressful on my dog. The extended hours are awesome too!!

The ladies at reception were very polite and helpful. They found a way to get my dog in as soon as possible. Dr. Gurbacki was extremely knowledgeable and accommodated to my dog's special needs. We have been to many vets, some good and some not so good, but Brackett Street has been the most pleasurable and affordable vet clinic I have been to.
I had a great appointment with Dr. Savage today where we discussed Gus' ongoing arthritis treatment plan. Dr. Savage spent a lot more time with me than I expected going over various options and possible outcomes. I really appreciate her straight-forward, practical approach, while clearly sincerely caring for my dog pal.
I love the high level of care. They pay attention to the health of the pet and the needs of the owners. My cat likes it.
