Excellent specialty care for my cat
Wow, they wouldn't accept my check because my daughter handed it to them. Then they wouldn't accept my credit card over the phone, quoting some non-existent PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance rule. Then they emailed me a .pdf file that was read-only and told me to enter my card number and sign (impossible) and attach a photo of both sides of my credit card (PCI violation). A $240 charge to look at a cat and say he is fine, just dehydrated. When my daughter asked if they were going to call police if she just left while I struggled to find a way to pay them, the receptionist said, "Oh no, we won't" while some other person muttered, "but I will." I had to travel 30 minutes to pay this bill because of this idiocy while my daughter and her cat were basically held hostage. I will never do business here again.
We love these girls!! So helpful, compassionate, friendly. The docs are good too, lol. The estimate by the Board Certified surgeon was more than double what I paid for ACL surgery at non Board Certified vet.
