saying you can get your car when in fact you can't, and instruct you to call a number where the manager BETH doesn't care that you're going to miss your best friends wedding because they are holding your car hostage and posted signs with incorrect information that you were dumb enough to believe.
Awful service! I would suggest NEVER parking your car in one of their garages. They have policies posted in the entrance of there facilities that clearly outline when you can and can't access the garage, and that for a fee during off hours like Sunday before noon you can pay a $25 fee to access you car. MHR has no problem changing the policy but leaving the signs that misinform their customers
