How on Earth is there no bike rack here?
This lot is the pick up spot for the new Portland Farmers' Market Parking Shuttle running on Saturdays in August from 9am to 12:30 noon (last ride to park). This is an enormous 200 space lot on the corner of Franklin Arterial and Marginal Way, right next to 295. Information on the Portland Market Shuttle attached.
I feel very safe leaving my car here. The lot is well lit, and it's right off the highway.
