I picked up our vehicle a couple of weeks ago for the beginning of a family vacation. I've been renting cars at airports for years and have never come across more helpful, efficient, and friendly staff. And not just this trip - I had the same experience several years ago at the same airport. The customer service here is what we all hope for and rarely receive. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!
The staff are very nice. Picking up and returning the car is like a breeze. I rented a mid-size SUV. The car is in perfect condition, with all the useful latest tech features.
Customer service at its best!! We were here twice in the last 5 days and both the times we had a fantastic experience. The guy there was really professional and helped us in selecting the right car for the right price unlike some other places where they try to overcharge by giving false information.
My son and I recently traveled to Portland, Maine were we had excellent service at Avis. Brandon who was working the evening when I returned the vehicle could not have been any more helpful. He was helpful and enthusiastic (and this was at 9:00 pm on a Sunday)! Thanks for the great vehicle and excellent service.
Great overall experience! Friendly service. Car was ready when I went to pick it up. Drop off is easy. I wanted a hard copy of the receipt, so I waited about 5 minutes until they opened at 6am.
