The staff was friendly and helpful. From making the reservation, to picking up, everything was quick and easy. The carseats being available for rent instead of lugging through the airport was a HUGE blessing for us!
I had a great experience at Hertz Portland airport. When I arrived at the counter, I used the Gold member line. An agent assisted me immediately by handing me my car keys and within a minute, I was off to the garage to locate the car. The car was very clean and comfortable. Upon returning the vehicle, an agent approached me in the garage and checked me in quickly, and I was on my way in less than a minute. Overall, I appreciate the speedy service and high-quality cars that Hertz offers.
Smooth check in and return. As usual upon check in I was advised that the vehicle I had reserved was unavailable however a larger "more comfortable" vehicle was available at a greater cost. Once the larger vehicle was declined my originally reserved vehicle became available.
Service was great. no wait at check-out counter and only a minute wait for the return check-in. Price was correct. Was upgraded to a Chevy Impala, which i had not driven a Chevy in quite awhile, and car drove and rode well. In fact, i was impressed with the quality of the car.
Everything was perfect. Great staff,clean gas saver car. The staff even programmed the GPS to the Hotel where we were staying. Just had to push the "go" button and we were set for a BEAUTIFUL vacation. I would Highly recommend this HERTZ rent a car location to everyone visiting Maine.
