Just stayed one night. Room was clean and people were friendly. price was cheaper than what it said online which is a plus. Decent experience

This is the worst property I have stayed in my life. I traveled frequently in my career spending around three-thousand nights in hotels, but never like this. The info on the internet looks good, but it is deceiving. We arrived around midnight and grabbed a ride to the hotel. The driver commented "really, well it shouldn't be too bad tonight, it's not a weekend. On weekends it's the local drug hub. I wouldn't go there on a weekend." Having prepaid to get the best rate, we had him drop us there. The check-in process was uneventful and we went the room. What a mistake! The place is filthy and run down. There are what looks like stains in the carpet all around. It is just as likely they are not stains, but spills or other fluids that were never cleaned up. The walls and ceiling are dirty too. There is something that caused both of us to be itching until showering and changing at our next location.

You do get what you pay for in this case. Rooms are so so, bathroom is okay. However, God help you if you end up in a room across from the highway-no idea of how those people can sleep. The only good thing about this place is the Wifi I strength.

Last minute forced us to stay here... Almost wish we didn't. Poor building.. Horrible beds.. Toilet stopped working... Just horrible. Only stay here if there is no other option.

However, my main criticism is for the "Deluxe Continental Breakfast", which is proudly boasted right on the sign of the hotel. I was appalled by their "Deluxe Continental Breakfast". Stale coffee, lukewarm milk. The only breakfast options were bagels, toast, cereal, ripened fruit, and crummy, cheap mini muffins. I'm not very picky when it comes to food, but I was absolutely disappointed. Our second day, we had breakfast at Denny's, which is fortunately right next door. I'm not so mad about the sub-par breakfast itself, but the blatant lie "DELUXE Continental Breakfast". But on the other hand, the rooms are not "Business Class" either.

As we were talking over whether to forfeit our prepaid night and go somewhere else, tbe phone rang and the caller said "This is the front desk, you need to quiet down we have had some complaints about your noise level." Another first! First time I have been told I was too loud anywhere, especially a run down property with an empty parking lot. No kidding the place looked like no one else was staying there. The prepaid cost was over eighty dollars. It would have been too much at $30.00 per night.

Great location and has everything you need. Second time staying there and will probably stay again next year when doing our annual trip for ultimate frisbee
